Its AMG bonnet and AMG spoiler lip at the rear define the image of a supercar. An AMG sports exhaust system with its two twin chromed tailpipes round off the image. The SL 63 AMG stands firmly on triple-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels, 255/35 R 19 on the front axle, and 285/30 R 19 on the rear axle. Powered by an AMG 6.0 litre V12 biturbo engine with an output of 450 kW and a peak torque rating of 1000 Nm, the SL 65 AMG is one of the world’s most powerful series-production roadsters. Impressive performance is also guaranteed from the AMG high-performance braking system with composite brake discs measuring 390 mm in diameter on the front axle and 360 mm on the rear. The SL 65 AMG also boasts AMG twin-spoke forged wheels, 255/35 R 19 on the front axle, and 285/30 R 19 on the rear axle; and the front-apron cross member with high-sheen chrome finish. Then there are the AMG side skirts and AMG rear apron. Two twin tailpipes with AMG V12 styling give the rear of the car an effortlessly dynamic appearance.
